Refund policy
We get it - sometimes things don’t work out. Your ex, that haircut, or maybe even a product from us (rare, but it happens). Here’s how we handle returns:
Return Window
If you’re not happy, you’ve got 30 days from the delivery date to let us know. That gives you plenty of time to try it out, second-guess it, and then decide for real.
What Can Be Returned
Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging - basically, like they just came off the shelf. If it looks like it went through a Tough Mudder, we can’t take it back.
How to Start a Return
Email us at support@getskinstuff.com or hit us up via the Contact Us page. We’ll walk you through the process like a skincare fairy godparent.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method - minus shipping. No store credit games here. Just cold, hard (digital) cash.
Exchanges
Want to swap instead of refund? We can do that too - just let us know. It’s like a breakup, but with options.
Return Shipping
Return shipping is on you - unless we messed up (wrong item, defective product, etc.), in which case, we’ll cover it. Fair’s fair.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your Skin Stuff shows up looking like it got into a bar fight with the mailman, send us a photo ASAP and we’ll make it right.
Gift Returns
Got SkinStuff as a gift? Nice. If it’s not your vibe (no offense taken), you can return it within the same 30-day window. Instead of a refund to the original buyer (awkward), we’ll hook you up with store credit - because you deserve to pick your own glow-up.
