Where We Ship

We currently only ship within the United States. Sorry, world - we’ll get to you someday.

Processing Time

Once you place your order, we’ll do our part to make it snappy. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days not including weekends or holidays. We pack with care, not chaos.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of your order - not your star sign, birth chart, or skincare sins. We don’t mark it up - it’s based on real-time rates from the shipping carrier.

Delivery Time

How long your package takes to arrive depends on the shipping option you choose at checkout. We’re not in control of the postal gods, but you’ll be able to choose a timeline that works for you.

Delays During Busy Times

Holidays, sales, and sudden viral fame (fingers crossed) might slow us down. We'll do our best to keep things moving, but during high-volume periods, your package might take a little longer than usual. We appreciate your patience (and so will your pores).

Carriers

We don’t play favorites (yet). Your order might arrive via USPS, UPS, or whichever reliable carrier shows up with the goods.

Tracking

Tracking info will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships. If your carrier provides tracking, we’ll pass it along. If not, we’ll throw them some shade.
